A balanced diet is important for recovery during training to tackle the training load in each & every training session. The meal before & after the competition is very important. In weight category sports, a balanced diet is very important to gain & lose weight in minimum possible time without affecting performance.
This course will help the athletes, coaches, nutritionists and dietitians to prepare customized Diet Plan as per individual’s requirement for different periods. It will be beneficial for recovery after practice and recovery during Competition. It will help to tackle training load in each and every training session and to achieve the best performance at State, National & International level Competitions for different Events.
