Sports is not only a game but it is also an important factor in our daily life. Just like we eat food our body needs to work out to repair and boost immunity, stamina, and metabolism. It has an immense impact on a person’s daily life and health.it helps to keep our body healthy and fit. Indulging in these physical activities gives you strength, improves your heart function, reduces the risk of diabetes, controls blood sugar levels, Lowers tension and stress levels.

The best thing is when we do sport it is much more fun, we can do it with friends, we can compete and record the scores than an intense workout as it is tiring and also feels like chores.

Sports help in improving blood circulation in our body. Running or doing physical activity helps in keeping our body well oxygenated. This increases hemoglobin count and blood volume. People which Anemic or PCOS problems must try to do some physical activity which will increase their blood level. Good blood circulation helps in better functioning of our heart resulting in better heart pumping rate. Thus you stay more healthy and stronger. It also helps in getting glowing skin and a healthy, young body.

Sports make your mind sharper and stronger. It not only strengthens your muscle but also your bone and prevents any injuries or back pain. While doing sports our body uses more power and strength movements which increases bone density thus resulting in stronger bones. Sometimes we do some stressful work our back starts to ache or we may face body pain this is because our body is not used to any intense workout. This is why, if we continue to do sports regularly our bones become stronger due to the continuous stress.

Sports help in giving a positive attitude towards life as it releases stress. It makes your mind sharper and stronger. Sports are fun to do and are very refreshing which help our mind to stay calm and positive. Food in sports makes us a strong personality boosts self-esteem and helps in making quick decisions without panicking as our body and mind become very strong.
