We all are very concerned about our health and can do anything to make it better. We go for organic food instead of conventional food, exercise, join a gym so that our bodies stay fit and healthy. It is very important to take care of your health because once you get any health problem it is not easier to get back to normal life. Along with food, workout also plays an important role in our body to keep us stronger and sharper. It maintains our blood sugar level, cholesterol, heart health and also calms our mind and keeps us positive.

Everyone knows physical activity is a great way to lose weight. When we do heavy intense workouts or fitness regimes our calorie burns which in turn boosts our metabolism which helps in weight loss. It maintains our body from gaining weight and makes us fit. When we are overweight we may face many health problems like heart problems, hypertension, anxiety, and will struggle with walking or moving. Being healthy and being fat is different,  if you are fat that means your body is taking a lot of junk which is making you overweight. Whereas if you are healthy that means your body is fit and is going on a proper diet.

For people who have diabetes, fitness exercise is beneficial. It helps to control weight, lower blood pressure, lower harmful LDL cholesterol raise healthy HDL cholesterol, strengthen muscles and bones, reduce anxiety, and improve your general well-being. There are added benefits for people with diabetes: exercise lowers blood glucose levels and boosts your body’s sensitivity to insulin, countering insulin resistance. The best time to exercise is one to three hours after eating when your blood sugar level is likely to be higher.

Child obesity

Today child obesity is one of the main concerns, more than 50% of India’s population is facing child obesity problems due to boredom or eating heavy junk foods.

Children need to start doing fitness exercises at least 3 hrs in the morning at home or park without going to any gyms. This will help in burning calories and help your child to lose obesity. Instead of junk food try eating healthy food and snacks. Child obesity will cause cholesterol, sugar, and many more health problems in the future.

Nutrition is very important for our body as it gives energy and strength. Sportspeople or athletes require more energy than normal people since their activity includes a lot of heavy intense workout and programs which requires energy and stamina to do it. Sports nutrition helps ide them so that they can focus on their performance well. It helps in improving anyone’s athletic performance.
